Effective Business Presentations

Mode: On-line workshop. You can connect and interact in forums and by e-mail 24/7 while the course lasts. Participants will receive an Institutional Certificate by e-mail upon completion. Duration: 2 weeks Weekly Schedule: 8hs.

Course Objectives:
This workshop aims at helping participants give effective, high-impact and culturally appropriate presentations to suit their audience.

Intermediate.

Methodology:
• On-line Interaction
New downloadable and printable material is introduced every week. Participants and trainers meet to discuss proposed topics using tools such as video conferences, forums, e-mail and chats.
• Activities
There is a wide variety of activities such as: case study, problem-solving, role-plays, etc.
• Participants’ follow-up
Students’ performance in this virtual community is permanently tracked by trainers to guarantee success. Moodle allows for individual and group tracking on the use of material included, participation in forums, e- mails, etc.

Content:
Introduction
• Module 1: Why Effective Business Presentations matter? What does the audience expect? Important tips to bear in mind. How can you tell a story?
• Module 2: Basics: Logistics of a presentation, Goals, Roadmap, Key Issues. Deliver a high-impact presentation.
• Module 3: Persuasion: Body Language. Organize information and create effective slides. Presenter’s role.
• Module 4: Core Skills. Message organization. Basic Scheme. Rounding off. Key Phrases to be used in English. Final Assessment.

Credentials:
Participants will receive a certificate via e-mail upon completion.
